Mrs. Campbell graduated from Herculaneum High School. She went to college and received her Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education from Wichita State University in Kansas.  She has been teaching in the Potosi R-3 School District since the 2000-2001 school year.

Geometry

Geometry will cover concepts such as Reasoning, Segment Measure and the Cartesian Coordinate System, Angles, Parallels, Triangles and Congruence, Triangles, Inequalities, Quadrilaterals, Proportions and Similarity, Polygons and Area, Circles, Surface Area and Volume, Right Triangles and Trigonometry, Circle Relationships, Formalizing Proofs and Transformations. These concepts will allow each student to perform higher on the state achievement test as well as the ACT/SAT for college placement.

Algebra II

Algebra II is to contribute significantly to the student's understanding of concepts and to the improvement or maintenance of previous learned mathematical skills. Algebra II should help the student understand algebra as a study of the structure of the system of complex numbers, recognize techniques of algebra, comprehend the function concept, perceive the role of deductive reasoning, and to appreciate the need for precision of language for the future study in advanced mathematics or a related field.
