  • PAT children have significantly enhanced language, problem solving and social development at age 3.
  • Parents are more confident in their parenting skills and knowledge and read more to their child.
  • Children's gains carry over to the early elementary grades as evidenced by higher scores on standardized reading and math scores.
  • Parents stay involved in their child's education, both at school and at home.
    • The school district benefits because developmental delays in children are identified and resolved early. The district saves money because fewer children are placed in special education or remedial classes or are retained.
